The value of fathers

There is value to be found in fathers and father-figures

We all have stories to tell of men who have risen to the challenge of being a dad in our lives. Even though at times children can be a challenge to love. These men embrace the small things in a relationship because they see that this role is less a responsibility and more of a privilege.

Still, those of us who are fathers need to look at this opportunity as an honour and do all that can be done to be the men our children need us to be.

I’ll admit that some days are more complicated than others, but thankfully the Bible gives us the instruction manual to help mould our children’s lives. While prayer provides the comfort to know that God watches over them at all times.
